The fastest and safest way to land good shoots is a talent roster that connects you with productions that pay, work with a fixed cast and tell you everything up front. Here’s how it works at PRNCASTING, from your application to shoot day.

What do I need to become an adult film actress?

You need to be of legal age, have a valid government-issued photo ID and be up for showing yourself on camera. You don’t need experience. What counts is your presence, and that your desire shows.

On top of that, you need good photos and videos of yourself. They are your application, and they say more about you than any CV.

How do I apply?

With a single application to us, in about ten minutes. You enter your details, confirm your age with your ID and a live selfie, and upload your photos and videos. After that, you’re on our roster.

You’re not applying for one specific shoot. When a production’s request fits you, you get it with all the details, and whether you say yes is always your call.

What makes a strong application?

Photos and videos that show you’re keen on the job. Good light, in focus, real shots of you, nothing from a chat and nothing rushed in the dark.

• Four types are required: face straight on, upper body with face in frame, full body nude with face in frame, and close-ups.
• A video is optional and always welcome.
• In the practices grid, you give an honest yes, no or maybe for every practice. Every request is matched to that.

How does a shoot work?

Every shoot starts with a request, straight from the production, that lists the date, location, scene partner and pay. If you say yes, you get a written contract beforehand. What gets shot is what’s in it and what you agreed to.

We only book for productions with a fixed cast set in advance, where the performers get paid. The same goes for our own shoots. On set, you can stop at any time.

Which health tests are standard?

Regular testing is standard in the industry, and it protects you first and foremost. The usual tests cover HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and hepatitis, with results that must not be older than a set period on the day of the shoot.

Ask every production three things: which tests they require, how recent the results have to be and who pays for them. The answers belong in the request or in the contract.

How much does an adult film actress earn?

Your pay is in every request, before you say yes. How much it is depends on what’s being shot, who it’s for and how much reach you already bring.

Be careful with numbers floating around online. Many are bait, or top figures from women who already have a big audience.

Do I have to pay for anything?

Never for the right to take part. Applying is free, and on a shoot, you get paid.

Some providers charge applicants or scene partners a “contribution to production costs” or sell spots on so-called fan shoots. We never book or run shoots like that, and the same goes for shoots advertised as open to anyone.

Any costs that come up while we work together, such as travel, are cleared with you in advance, with a stated purpose and a maximum amount.

What needs to be in the contract?

Four things, before you sign:

• Exactly what will be shot, named scene by scene.
• Where the footage will be used: on which platforms, in which countries and for how long.
• What happens if you want to withdraw your consent.
• How much you get paid, and by when.

Under German law, your image may only be distributed with your consent, as Section 22 of the Art Copyright Act (Kunsturhebergesetz) sets out. For adult content, that consent belongs in the contract, explicitly and in writing, with clear limits.

Can I stay anonymous?

You perform under a stage name. At PRNCASTING, only the people who review your application see the name on your ID. It only goes to a production if you accept a request and the production needs it for its own proof-of-age records.

What can I turn down?

Anything you don’t want. You can turn down any request without giving a reason, and the limits you set in the practices grid apply to every request.
