Privacy policy
This policy describes what data is processed when you visit prncasting.com or write to us. Applications are not open yet. When they open, we will add everything that concerns the application to this policy.

2. The website prncasting.com
This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content and uses no analytics or tracking services. We load fonts from our own server, not through a third-party network. The website does not store anything else in your browser either. Each language has its own address, so your choice of language does not need to be stored.
When you visit the website, our host automatically collects the usual server log files:
- the page accessed and the time of access
- the amount of data transferred and whether the request was successful
- browser type and version and the operating system used
- the previously visited page, if your browser transmits it
- IP address
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in operating the website without technical errors and keeping it secure. This data is not combined with other data sources.
The website is delivered via Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Netlify processes the connection data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and, under that agreement, keeps logs for up to 90 days in the live system and for up to one year in the archive. This involves processing in the United States. Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.
3. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message in order to reply to you. If the matter concerns possible cooperation, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in answering enquiries.
Please do not send us photos, videos or ID documents by email. Once applications open, the protected application with age verification is the place for that.
Our mailbox and our domains are hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

We only pass your data on to other parties if the law requires us to.
5. How long we store data

6. Do you have to provide data?
No. You do not have to give us any data. Without the connection data under section 2, however, the website cannot be delivered, and without your email address we cannot reply to you.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

To exercise them, contact info@prncasting.com. Independently of this, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
Right to object
Where we base processing on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, that is the server log files and the handling of your emails, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21(1) GDPR). We will then no longer process this data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An email to info@prncasting.com is sufficient.
8. Data security
The website is TLS-encrypted throughout. Unencrypted requests are redirected to an encrypted connection immediately.
9. Version
This privacy policy is dated September 2026. This is a translation. The German version is authoritative.
